The anterior Skullbase encompasses the nasal and sinus cavities in relation to the brain, situated at the underside of the brain or the roof of the nasal cavity and sinuses, extending to the upper vertebrae of the spinal column. The lateral Skullbase includes the inner ear areas in relation to the brain.
