• Assist Head–P&C in end-to-end supply management of category materials within parameters of targeted cost, quality and time as per user requirement
• Close interface with departmental heads on a regular basis to ascertain their procurement needs and requirements
• Prepare annual procurement plan & budget for the concerned categories and projects
• Prepare internal cost estimates (ICE) optimizing category-wise spend by volume leverage, reverse auction & VMI etc.
• Prepare contract templates and SLAs and obtain approvals

• Overall responsibility in Clinical Modules of SAP: To provide support, evaluate, and help users in implementation of SAP/ Non-SAP Modules for their needs. Evaluates and maps the user requirements to application, prepare the use cases, provide technical and functional inputs for development.
• Requirement gathering with proper understanding and checking the feasibility with application.
• Prepare use case scenarios to new development, test the module/ new development and also provide knowledge transfer to Quality Assurance team

• Explain the patient and patient attendants about the present diet recommended as per the medical condition.
• Resolve patient complaints and act on feedbacks pertaining to nutrition in a timely manner.
• Counsel and plan diets for the OPD patients.
• Plan diets for patients in coordination with the Clinical team
• Approve patients’ meals after evaluating for taste, texture, appearance and temperature of the food.

Medical - Patient Experience
2 years’ experience, preferably in hospital sector

• Execute the Patient Experience Service Delivery Model for Customer Excellence across IPD/ OPD.
• Ensure that the customer/guest/patients is an informed user of the services across IPD/ OPD
• Execute programs to improve the quality of customer care across the IPD/ OPD

• Schedule appointments of IP/ OP / EHC as per patient’s requirements

Anaesthesia & Pain Management - Medical Services

• Coordinate with operation theater nurses and Senior Technician to fill the requirements and needs for a particular surgery
