Yoga is a very ancient science brought together by the very first research scientists – our sages and seers who through their deep insight formulated the system of Yoga for the wellbeing and fulfilment of human life. Today science globally is discovering the profound benefits of Yoga and it is being prescribed by medical practitioners, psychologists and therapists.

Yoga is a comprehensive science of living. It works on every aspect of the being – the physical, vital, mental, emotional, psychic and spiritual, bringing them into balance and harmony. Thereby, making the person function as a healthy, integrated whole. In the absence of health both the body and mind are affected. Research studies have shown that over 90% of disorders stem from a disturbed mind. Yoga is the only science that promotes mental and physical health.

We as Indians should be proud of this heritage science and experience its benefits in our life.
