The departments of Laboratory Medicine and Transfusion Medicine at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre offers home collection service encompassing all types of sample collections as desired. For our home collection service, a qualified personnel will come to your home and collect samples in appropriate packaging and manner at a time convenient to you.

• Home visit can be scheduled by prior appointment only
• In case the appointment is not cancelled 4 hours prior to the appointed time and the staff arrives for the appointment, visit charges will have to be paid.

• Reports can also be emailed on request made at the time of sample collection
