Dr. Sanket S. Mehta is an Oncology Surgeon at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre. He performs a diverse nature of open and minimal invasive surgery including Laparoscopic and Robotic colorectal surgery, distal pancreatectomy, gastric cancer surgery, ovarian cancer surgery, endometrial and cervical cancer surgery.

After his DNB, Dr. Mehta has completed his Surgical Oncology training at Tata Memorial Hospital. He then went on to train in Laparoscopic & Robotic Colorectal Surgery at St. Mary’s Hospital, Catholic University of Korea, Seoul, South Korea. He also has fellowship in Gastro-intestinal Oncology and Cytoreductive surgery, CRLC Val d’Aurelle, Montpellier, France and fellowship in Digestive and Minimal Invasive Surgery, L’Hopital Saint-Eloi, CHU Montpellier, France.

Dr. Mehta specialises in performing Cytoreductive surgeries for primary and recurrent ovarian and primary peritoneal cancers. He has pioneered HIPEC treatment for recurrent ovarian cancer in India. He regularly performs Laparoscopic and Robotic endometrial and cervical cancer surgery.
