Dr. Lokesh Naik G,  is a Deputy Consultant in the Department of Orthopaedics at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai.

After completing MBBS, Dr. Naik completed Diploma in Orthopaedics at Karnataka institute of Medical Sciences, Hubli, Karnataka. He was lecturer/Consultant in Orthopaedic surgery at SSIMS & RC, Davanagere Karnataka for 5 years. Then joined Dr. Balabhai Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai for DNB Orthopaedic Surgery. He worked as Clinical Associate Dr. Balabhai Nanavati Hospital for 2 years. He was a part of “ INFINITY “ study, as a Co-investigator between 2013-2015, for the World’s Largest multicentre study on Infection in fracture fixation, conducted by AO, Davos, Switzerland and completed successfully. He joined Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital, Mumbai in 2016 and working in the department of Orthopaedics.

Dr. Naik is a member of the editorial board of many journals viz.

1. Associate Editor: orthopaedics and Sports Medicine: Open Access Journal (OSMOA). USA.

2. Member in the National Editorial Board of the Indian Journal of Orthopaedics Surgery. INDIA.

3. Reviewer for Indian Journal of Orthopaedics, INDIA. He has published several peer-reviewed publications in national and international journals and has written several book chapters.
