Dr Bhalerao, is a Consultant Obstetrics & Gynaecology with Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital. She has a rich experience of over 23 years including experience of teaching post graduate MD, DNB and DGO students. She has also been an examiner for DGO, FCPS and DFP.
Prior to starting practice with private hospitals she was associated with Wadia Meternity Hospital as a lecturer.
She has been actively involved in organizational activities of various groups of her fraternity and has contributed towards their goals in various capacities.
She was awarded “Young Gynaecologist Award from Asea- Oceana Federation of Obstetrics & Gynaecology” in 2000 at Singapore & “YUVA – FOGSI Orator” for West Zone (India) in 2006.
She has been involved in research and has many papers to her credit. She has also contributed chapters in academic books of her specialty.
She has been an invited speaker and faculty in many national and international Symposiums.
