Dr. Prashant Rajput is a Consultant Nephrologist and Renal Transplant Physician with the Nephrology department at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
After completing his MBBS, Dr. Prashant Rajput completed his DNB in Internal Medicine from Central Railway Hopsital, Mumbai. Thereafter, he acquired his DNB in Nephrology at Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai. During his training, he became proficient in diagnosis and treatment of acute renal failure, chronic kidney disease, Dialysis (haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis), kidney transplantation and interventional procedures.
He is also attached to other prominent hospitals in the city of Mumbai.
Dr. Prashant Rajput has several publications and research projects to his credit in the field of Nephrology.
