Dr. Harshad Joshi is a Consultant in the Department of Gastroenterology & GI Medicine at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
After completing his MBBS in 2004, Dr. Harshad Joshi perused a DNB in internal medicine followed by a DNB in Gastroenterology. He underwent advanced training at University of Alberta, Canada in luminal Gastroenterology and also trained under Prof. Geert D’Hanes as an IOBID fellow in management of IDB.
Dr. Harshad Joshi is skilled in management of complex IBD including Paediatric, Transitional (adolescent) and Adult IBD. He is also competent in performing and interpreting Esophageal Manometry, Anorectal Manometry and well versed in performing bio-feed therapy. His clinical experience includes management of gastrointestinal bleeding, Luminal stenting and diagnostic as well as therapeutic endoscopy.
Dr. Joshi was certified as an “Associate of Rome” by the Rome foundation- 2016 and was also a mentee for the Pancreas India Programme 2013. He has been a part of various clinical studies with focus on IBD and Colitis. He has authored 12 research publications.
