Dr. Shaival Chandalia is a Consultant Diabetologist at the Endocrinology department at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
After graduating with distinction in Anatomy and Biochemistry from Topiwala National Medical College and Nair hospital, Dr. Shaival H Chandalia completed his residency in internal medicine at the St. Louis University Hospital, USA in 2004. He trained in internal medicine under the American board of internal medicine earning a diploma in 2005. As a Clinical fellow at the UT South Western Medical Centre, Dallas, USA (2007-08), he further trained as an endocrinologist with specializing in Diabetology.
Dr. Chandalia holds memberships of Research Society for Diabetes in India, Association of Diabetes Care & Prevention and Indian Medical Association. He has conducted several CMEs as a subject expert and has authored ten journal articles.
