Dr Purvi Shah is a Consultant at the Dermatology department at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
After completing her MBBS and DVD, Dr Shah pursued MD in Dermatology, from the University of Mumbai. Thereafter, she served in the capacity of a Resident doctor at Seth G. S. Medical College & K.E.M. Hospital in Skin and Venereal Diseases.
Dr Shah has a vast experience spanning 26 years during which she has treated multitudes of patients as well as taught students as a lecturer in the department of Skin and V.D. at K.E.M Hospital. She has been a Consulting Dermatologist since 1993 and has been associated with Conwest Jain Clinic Group of Hospitals as well as with Sir H. N. Hospital in the past.
Dr Shah has conducted extensive research in certain areas: Clinical, Mycological and Immunological Spectrum of Cutaneous Candidiasis; Clinical and Bacterial Investigation of Common Pyodermas; Clinical Trial of Terfinadine. She has presented numerous papers at conferences as well as published papers in reputed journals.
