Dr Owais Tisekar completed his MBBS and MD Pulmonary Medicine from prestigious institute Seth G S Medical College & K E M Hospital, Mumbai under Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. He pursued further training and awarded Diplomate of National Board (DNB) Respiratory medicine from National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. He specializes in critical care medicine and did his fellowship in critical care medicine from Manipal hospital, Bangalore. Presently, he is working as an associate consultant in the intesive care unit at Sir H N Reliance hospital, Mumbai. He has more than 2 years of experience in critical care medicine. Dr Owais Tisekar has published scientific papers in PubMed indexed journals and has co-authored chapters in critical care and respiratory medicine books. He has participated in various conferences. He is actively involved in training and education of the students, nurses and clinicians.
