she did her Fellowship in Liver Transplant Anaesthesia, GI services and Critical Care from Medanta Medicity, Gurgaon, Delhi.
She also completed her International Fellowship in Liver transplant anesthesia from the prestigious Queen Elizabeth hospital, Birmingham UK which has the largest volume of liver transplants with best results.
She has also completed her Obstetric anesthesia from Birmingham Women's Hospital, UK which is the busiest maternity unit in UK where
Dr Shivani Kamat has also been a part of the SMILE project for Cleft lip and Cleft palate surgeries.
Dr.Shivani is a member of Indian Society of Anesthesiologists (ISA) and the Indian Liver Transplant Society (ILTS).
Dr. Shivani is certified to administer Basic Life support (BLS) and Advanced cardiac life Support (ACLS) by IIES – Indian Institute of Emergency Medical Services
