Ms. Karuna believes, that continuous learning is a way of life and in alignment with her learning philosophy, during her esteemed professional journey she has acquired multiple professional certifications such as Strategic HR Certification from XLRI, Iron Lady – Women Leadership Certification from TISS, HR Analytics, HR Compliance and Labour Laws Certification from CII, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Franklin Covey Academy etc. She is a certified PPA (Personality Assessor) from Thomas International and is also trained in Six Sigma – Green Belt. She is currently pursuing General Management and Leadership Programme (ILPSE) from INSEAD Business School – Fontainebleau, France.
Ms. Karuna brings in a wealth of experience of close to 20 years spanning across diverse Hospital, Retail Healthcare, IT, Telecom, Pharmaceutical Organisations with global foot prints. She is a seasoned HR Leader with extensive background in the entire spectrum of HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Organisation Development and Change Management.
