Dr. Naresh Biyani is a Consultant with the Neurosurgery department at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
Dr. Naresh Biyani is an Alumni of Mysore Medical College, Mysore and completed his MS (General Surgery) from Lokmanya Tilak Medical College, Mumbai, Mumbai University followed by Diplomate in National Board Examinations D.N.B. (General Surgery) and Master of Chirurgaie – Neurosurgery M.Ch. (Neurosurgery). He trained as a fellow in Paediatric-Neurosurgery at the Dana’s Children Hospital, Tel Aviv (2004-06), Great Ormond Street Hospital for children, London, U.K. (2006-07) and Kaiser Permanente Medical Centre, Oakland, San Francisco, USA (2009).
Dr. Naresh Biyani’s area of interest include Hydrocephalus Treatment, Spinal Dysraphism and Tethered Cord Syndrome, Cranial Dysraphism, Paediatric Neuro-Oncology, Epilepsy Surgery and Micro-neurosurgery. He has trained to manage Neuro-endoscopy and Hydrocephalus, Congenital anomalies and malformation (cranial and spinal), Craniofacial surgery, Paediatric Neuro-oncology, Spinal cord tumours including intramedullary spinal cord tumours, spinal dysraphism, tethered cord syndrome, and Trauma Epilepsy Surgery.
Dr. Biyani has authored 17 research articles and is a member of National Academy of Medical Sciences.
