Dr. Pritam Kataria is a Deputy Consultant with the Medical Oncology department at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai.
Dr. Pritam Kataria is a graduate of KEM Hospital & Seth G S Medical College, Mumbai (MH.CET Rank 19). After completion of M.B.B.S. he pursued M.D. (General Medicine) from Government Medical College, Nagpur; followed by D.M. (Medical Oncology & Hemat-Oncology) at the Gujarat Cancer Research Institute & B. J. Medical College, Ahmedabad wherefrom he secured 2nd Rank in Gujrat University. He also has worked at Tata Memorial Hospital in the Department of Medical Oncology, Mumbai. He is certified by the European Board of Medical oncology (ESMO).
Dr. Pritam Kataria is trained in Bone Marrow Transplantation. His field of interest includes solid malignancies like lung, breast, colon, prostrate, gastro-intestinal, Hepato-biliary tumours and bone sarcomas. He specializes in haematological malignancies like lymphoma, leukaemia and myeloma. He has received travelling grant for ESMO Asia from ISMPOCON as a reward for the best paper.
He is a member of various oncologic societies like European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO) and American Society of Medical Oncology (ASCO).
He has achieved various awards in the academic arena. He has been a faculty at various conferences at the national and international level.
Dr. Pritam Kataria has authored 14 publications and 2 conference papers.
