Dr Saurabh S. Kamat is working as a consultant Anesthesiologist with over 8 years of experience. after finishing MBBS from Nair Hospital and a diploma in anesthesia from KEM Hospital, he did his DNB Anesthesia from Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad and then a fellowship in Transplant Anesthesia and Intensive care from Apollo Hospital, Chennai.
He also cleared his EDAIC Certification Exam from Vienna in 2016.
Over these past 8 years, he has been part of the intraoperative and perioperative care of more than 400 single and multiorgan (liver, kidney, pancreas, intestine, liver+heart) transplants, for critically ill patients, in both adult and pediatric age groups.
He is a member of the Indian Society of Anesthesiology and Liver Transplant Society of India.
He has various publications in national and international journals.
