Dr. Priti S. Mehta is a Consultant Paediatric Haemato-Oncologist at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
She is a DNB Board certified Pediatric Haematologist-Oncologist. She has an experience of more than 18 years in this field. After doing MD (Paediatrics), she joined as an Assistant Professor at B. J. Wadia Hospital for Children in 2003. She started her journey in Pediatric Hematology –Oncology since then and has acquired vast experience in the field of Pediatric Hematology-Oncology.
Dr. Priti Mehta has got international scholarship for her work in Thalassemia and a scholarship from International Society of Pediatric Oncology as well. She has an expertise of treating benign haematological problems like Thalassemia, sickle cell anaemia and oncological problems like leukaemia, lymphoma and all types of solid tumours in children. She is trained for procedures like bone marrow aspiration and biopsy and delivering intrathecal chemotherapy. Her scope of work would include new-borns till children upto 18 years of age.
She has publications and presentations to her credit and is also a National faculty at conferences.
